How do I receive my credit?
Please make sure to sign in on the Choicelunch Daily Report at thx.choicelunch.com with your Service Code on each of your work days so that we can apply the appropriate credit to your account.
How long does it take the volunteer credit to post to my account?
A credit may take a few days to post to your account.
If it has been longer than that contact your Customer Support team and they will be happy to add your credit(s) accordingly!

How can I use my lunch credit?
Credits can be used to pay for lunches or transferred to another Choicelunch account as a gift.
Credits have no monetary value and expire one year after they are issued. However, they may be gifted to another family to a student who may use the credits for lunches :)
