How do I Preload my Account?

1. Log into your Choicelunch account. 
 
2. Click on "Sign in/Order" located at the right hand corner of our website.
 
3. Locate where is says "My Account Balance" in the upper right hand corner of the screen.

4. Click on your balance and it will bring up a box. 
 
5. Click the yellow "Continue" button at the bottom of the box.

This will successfully preload your account and you can continue to order lunches.

We have preset amounts of $50, $75 and $150 OR you can enter any amount to your liking over $5.00
 
 
If you would like a refund for your Preload balance, please contact Customer Support at 855-465-8624 or email customerservice@choicelunch.com and we would be happy to take care of that for you.
